Permitted use
- Use GC Stats for lawful sports-data organization, review, and workflow purposes
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service in a harmful way
- Do not upload or submit content you do not have the right to use
- Do not use the site to violate another party's privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights
Accounts and access
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You should notify the operator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions behind the data you submit, import, copy, or store in GC Stats. That includes team information, player records, game data, and any exported or pasted materials.
You remain responsible for making sure you have permission to handle youth sports data, team data, and any third-party material connected to your workflow.
Third-party services and trademarks
GC Stats may reference third-party products, services, and trademarks to describe compatibility or workflows. GC Stats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GameChanger Media, Inc. or DICK'S Sporting Goods. "GameChanger" remains the trademark of its respective owner.
What the service does not guarantee
No promise of uninterrupted service
GC Stats may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time as the product evolves.
No guarantee every workflow fits every team
The product is meant to help with common season-data use cases, but it does not guarantee a perfect fit for every program, ruleset, or scorekeeping setup.
No official GameChanger partnership
GC Stats does not promise official API access, direct account integration, or any affiliation that does not actually exist.
Disclaimer of warranties
GC Stats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, complete, or fit every use case.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nichelogix and GC Stats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or app.
Changes to the terms
We may revise these terms over time. The current version posted on `gcstats.app` applies to future use after publication.
